5. Group Purchase Creator Responsibilities

As a creator of a group purchase on Crowd-Buy, you are solely responsible for contacting the supplier or manufacturer of the product. You must ensure that all details regarding the product, including price, quantity, and terms, are accurately communicated to the participants of the purchase.

Additionally, you are responsible for coordinating the logistics of the order. This includes but is not limited to arranging delivery or pick-up options. If participants choose delivery, you must ensure that the delivery method and costs are clearly outlined. If participants opt for pick-up, you must provide a specific and accessible pick-up location.

6. Payment Processing

Payment is arranged between the creator of the group purchase and participant however, if Crowd-Buy becomes the intermediary in the payment process, payment for the group purchase will be processed and transferred to the creator of the purchase order only after confirmation that the delivery or pick-up has been successfully completed. It is the responsibility of the group purchase creator to ensure all participants have received their products as agreed. Crowd-Buy will reserves the right to withhold payment in cases where disputes arise regarding incomplete or unsatisfactory orders.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
